Brandon Tomlinson was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and lived there until he made his move to Clarksville, TN in the beginning of 2014. He is often asked what brought him to the area and his common answer is “I needed a change of scenery”. He moved with no family in the area and had to begin his life from scratch. That power alone allowed him to adopt a mindset of “I can make it happen because I choose to do so”. Since his move he began to follow his alignment to what will truly make him feel happy and whole as a person. That is where real estate came into the picture. Motivated by the “Million Dollar Listing” television show featured on BRAVO, Brandon sought out what it would be like to be a stern negotiator for his clients & to live a tremendous lifestyle because he cared for other’s first and foremost. Since then, that has transpired his entire career and his mindset has greatly changed to that of GROWTH.

Michael is co-owner, co-founder and Director of Operations for The Elite at Quirion Realty. After spending time in the United States Army, Michael decided it was time for change and Co-created The Elite with Partner Brandon and Friend Sarah. Having relocated with the military Michael has an immense understanding in what a real estate team needs to do for relocating clients. He believes real estate is the business of relationships and not just transactions. Michael not only pursues real estate full time, he is also studying Architecture to pursue a future in building design. He has extensive experience in both the client experience and satisfaction.

Hayley is originally from a small town in Upstate New York. She was relocated to Clarksville when she joined the Army in 2014. With over five years of managing Soldiers pay, Hayley has an extensive understanding of the process for military entitlements. After Hayley and her husband Christopher had their two daughters, Ryleigh and Mila, she started looking for other career options to add stability for her family. This is when she came across real estate and decided she wanted to help local families buy/sell their home with minimal stress. Hayley’s overall goal is to make every clients experience the best it could possibly be through customer service and effective communication.
Sabrina was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. She’s an inner city girl through and through. She has been here in Tennessee since 2009, when the Army brought her little family here. She and her husband, Marty, have been married since October of 2009. Sabrina is a mother first and foremost, Madison is 9 and Mason is 5. She found her passion for real estate when she bought her first home. She fell in love with the whole process, and after pondering over it for a while she decided to pursue her dream and jumped right in. She’s actively pursuing her license, but in the meantime if you call the office, chances are you’ll be talking to her!

Jackie assists in preparing the paperwork necessary for listings, offers and counteroffers which enables The Elite agents to focus on writing and negotiating the best possible price and terms for their clients! Whether buying or selling, from the time your home is under contract until closing, Jackie handles the details. She not only coordinates all inspections but she also interfaces with the insurance, mortgage and title companies and keeps the other Realtor fully engaged in your transaction. She is a fantastic transaction coordinator and communicates effectively and efficiently.
